happy on-line shopping experience all the time.

Cable N Bits may change the price of any product without notice
and reserves the rights to cancel any orders without any reasons.
Cable N Bits doesn't have the liability in the case of orders arising
from typographical errors. Cable N Bits may reject any order
with different shipping address and billing address.
Payment Method:
Cable N Bits accepts only all major credit
card(Visa/Master/American Express).
Shipping Method:
Unless specificed by the customer, Cable N Bits uses UPS, US
Postal or FedEx for shipping. Shipping total includes shipping fee,
package insurance fee, packing material and labor fee. For credit
card users, your card will not be charged until the products are been
shipped out of our warehouse. Orders placed before 3:00pm on any
business day usually shipped the same day after credit approval.
Otherwise, it will be processed on the next business day.
Canel or change orders
You may request a cancellation/change for your order only if the
order has been processed and shipped. Please call during our
business hour to cancel or change your order that will make
it in time.
Return/Replacement Policy:
Customer should inspect the product(s) at delivery and should notify
Cable N Bits of any defects, wrong or missing items within 5 days
of receipt of product(s), otherwise buyer(you) acknowledge the
completeness of the order.
All items asked for refund or replacement need to request for
RMA(Return Merchandize Authorization) form first before
senting back the merchandise. Customers pay return shipping
charges on all returned items (include defective items). It is advised
to insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during
shipping.
A 30% restocking fee will be charged to all returns for refund.
All returned products which are subjected to abuse, misuse, neglect
or unauthorized repair or installation, as determined solely by Cable
N Bits, will be charged by Cable N Bits. (amount depends on
damage situation.)
Returns must include the original packaging, manual, software, copy
of the original invoice and all included accessories. No refund will
be issued if any one of the items mentioned above is missing.
Refunds will be made in the amount of the product's cost at the
original purchase and any sales tax paid minus 30% restocking fee.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Cable N Bits will ship the replacement back to the customer at no
cost to customer.
If an product is asked for replacement and is found non-defective,
restocking fee of 15% will be charged.
Returns must be labeled with an RMA (Return Merchandize
Authorization) number. RMA numbers are valid for 15 days
within which return products must be received by Cable N Bits.
RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. You must fill out
RMA Form prior returning the product. Customer should
always provide a detailed description of problems for defective
iitems on the RMA form. You can request a RMA Form either by
